Lucas Hooker is a lifelong Idaho resident who grew up on the Idaho-Oregon border in Payette. Lucas completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at The College of Idaho and his master’s in counseling degree at Northwest Nazarene University. Lucas joined Lifeways as the compliance director in June of 2023. Lucas previously worked for Lifeways from 2012 to 2018 and held positions including outpatient mental health clinician, clinical supervisor for residential substance use disorder treatment services, and outpatient clinic program manager. Lucas is excited about his return to Lifeways and seeks to develop, grow, and strengthen the agency’s compliance program.
