Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA)
Lifeway’s EASA team focuses on rapid identification, support, assessment, and treatment for adolescents and young adults who are experiencing early signs of psychosis and their support network, regardless of their insurance situation. EASA is a transdisciplinary team comprised of a therapist, nurse, psychiatric provider, peer support specialist, and supported employment specialist.
Who do we serve?

Ages 15-25

Living in Malheur County, Oregon
-
Experiencing symptoms, lasting no longer than 12 months
-
Not already receiving treatment for psychosis
-
Symptoms not known to be caused by a medical condition or drug use.
