Child and Adolescent Services: Individual Skills Training
Individual Skills Training
Skills Training is a clinically guided program to help children and youth practice and learn the skills needed to progress in life. The skills trainer collaborates with the individual and identifies supports to ensure there is consistent and regular practice of the skills in all areas of life. Skills training provides the opportunity for individuals to further practice and implement what they are discussing in therapy. If you’re considering individual skills training, reach out to one of our many qualified mental health professionals for personalized support.
