Rory Schilling holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University. He has twenty years of experience in the Washington State Child Welfare System and over fifteen years of experience administrating residential programs including programs serving at-risk teens, violent and aggressive teens, and people diagnosed with significant mental health issues, or Developmental delays. His experience includes work in Washington and Oregon State and spans most levels of care.
