Ron Van Ausdal has over 15 years of experience working in community mental health settings. He has served as the Lifeways Director of Outpatient Services since 2022. Van Ausdal graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 2008 with a Bachelor of Psychology and graduated Phi Alfa from Northwest Nazarene University in 2013 with a master’s in clinical social work. Throughout his career providing mental health treatment, he specialized in trauma therapy, provided crisis services, actively participated on committees, and served in multiple leadership positions. Van Ausdal is a board approved clinical supervisor in Oregon and Idaho. Currently, as the Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, Van Ausdal oversees the mental health and substance use treatment for children, adolescents and adults ensuring the highest standards of practice, accuracy, and integrity.
